It's always great to see local businesses collaborating. It's amazing what can be achieved with a little teamwork. If you were one of the lucky ones who managed to secure a ticket for the Tamsin's Table / Dirty Three Wines / Events by Kate gathering in Inverloch this January, then you will know exactly what we mean :-)

Places for the seven gatherings in January sold out almost immediately after being published online - the preamble went something like this:
" It’s what we’ve all wanted – to spend a long summer’s night at a big old shared table, with abundant local seafood, beautiful wines and wonderful company.  And finally, we can!  For just seven nights this January, Tamsin’s Table, Dirty Three Wines and Events by Kate will join forces to bring you delightful evenings of food, wine and song down at the Dirty Three Tasting Room in Inverloch.

The menus, prepared by Tamsin, will be simple, delicious and convivial – think local cheese and salumi, bouillabaisse, crusty breads, hand churned butter, fruit tarts and wonderful ice creams –  and wines will be available by the glass or the bottle, served by the winemakers, Marcus and Lisa, themselves, all pulled together and styled by the wonderful Events by Kate.
Fruit, veg and herbs will be picked from Tamsin’s garden, everything else will be handmade or locally sourced.

MENU FROM THE FINAL GATHERING

Garden tastes & textures - tiny radishes, leaves,
freshly dug potatoes, lettuce leaf basil & new season
garlic, white beetroot & cucumber pickles

Isola Chianina bresaola and salami
& Amber Farm Creek Farm chorizo

Prom Country Cheese fresh sheep milk curd

Butterfly factory hand churned cultured butter
with Lisa & Marcus's bread

TO FOLLOW

Bouillabaisse made with local fish & 
shellfish with a garlicky rouille

Garden salad, picked this morning

TO INSPIRE

Peach leaf ice cream with baked Burbank plums
& an anise crumble

Berry's Creek 'Riverine Blue' (buffalo milk) &
Prom Country Cheese 'Jumbunna' (sheep milk) with
figs from our tree and honey from our hives
